Via del Rancho (“the app”) is a private neighborhood communication hub for residents of E Via Del Rancho, Gilbert, AZ. By using this app, you agree to the following terms.

Access

Access is invite-only. You must be a current resident of Via del Rancho or be invited by a neighborhood administrator. Accounts are tied to a specific household on the street.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app for neighborhood communication and coordination.
• Be respectful in posts, comments, and interactions.
• Not share login credentials or invite links with people outside the neighborhood.
• Not post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate.

Content

You are responsible for the content you post. Administrators may remove posts or comments that violate these terms. Comments may be deleted by their author within one hour of posting.

Voting and Financial Records

Polls and financial assessments are tools for neighborhood coordination. Votes are recorded per household. Payment records reflect amounts reported by administrators and are not a substitute for formal accounting.

Administrator Rights

Neighborhood administrators can invite and manage residents, create polls and assessments, pin posts, and moderate content. Administrative actions are taken in good faith for the benefit of the neighborhood.

No Warranty

This app is provided as-is for the convenience of Via del Rancho residents. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or availability. The app is not a legal or financial authority.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
